Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Some areas may have accidentally been missed - if this is the case please reach out via the contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the item(s) ordered, processing/make time is generally about 3-5 business days.

For shipping, I use USPS and their times vary depending on the shipping method you've chosen at checkout as well as your location. First Class and Ground shipping usually take 3-5 days and priority mail in 2-3 days.

If there is a delay during processing, you will always see that in our announcement banner at the top of our website, and via social media. If your item has shipped and there is a delay, please give it a day or two before trying tracking again.

How do I track my order?

When I am ready to package your order, it will generate a label and a tracking number with USPS. Please use the email it is sent in for reference and keep an eye on your order.

How do I return an item?

Currently there is a 30 day window after delivery, for return requests. You will need to contact me via the contact form and please include as much information as possible. For more information, please see our return/refund and exchange policy.

How long does it take to process my return?

We process returns when we receive the item(s). After receiving, it can take an additional 1-2 days to fully inspect and come to a decision.

Can I make exchanges?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to make a return, and then repurchase the item.
